Beijing: Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi recorded more than 50,000 electric vehicle (EV) deliveries in October, marking its highest monthly total of 2026 as the company expands production to meet its annual target.
The October figure continued the company’s upward delivery trend. Xiaomi crossed 30,000 units in August before exceeding 40,000 vehicles in September. Deliveries surpassed 50,000 in October for the first time this year, reflecting growing monthly volumes.
Xiaomi’s cumulative deliveries reached approximately 336,000 vehicles during the first 10 months of 2026. The latest figures highlight the company’s expanding presence in China’s competitive electric vehicle market as production continues to increase. October’s performance also marks the third consecutive month of growth in its reported delivery figures.

The company has set a target of delivering 550,000 vehicles throughout 2026. Deliveries between January and October accounted for approximately 61 percent of the annual goal. Xiaomi therefore needs to deliver around 214,000 additional vehicles during the remaining 2 months to achieve its target. This will require the company to sustain its recent delivery growth through the end of the year.
The latest performance follows consecutive monthly increases since August. Deliveries rose from more than 30,000 units in August to over 40,000 in September before crossing the 50,000 mark in October. This upward trend marks continued growth in the company’s electric vehicle operations.
Xiaomi’s October figures represent a significant milestone in its automotive business as the technology company scales up production. The stronger monthly performance also brings the company closer to its annual delivery commitment.
With 2 months remaining in 2026, Xiaomi faces the task of maintaining its delivery momentum to reach the 550,000-vehicle target. The January-October total of approximately 336,000 vehicles provides the latest measure of progress towards that goal.
