According to Mr. Klitschko, the mayor of Kyiv, a 27-year-old woman was transported to the hospital due to injuries sustained in the southwestern Holosiivskyi district during the recent Russian air attack. Mr. Klitschko also confirmed that one individual lost their life as a result of this assault. The escalating violence and its tragic consequences continue to grip the city with sorrow and concern.

Officials from Kyiv’s military administration have reported that their air defense systems were actively engaging and successfully destroying the incoming projectiles. As a result of falling debris from the air attacks, a fire broke out in a high-rise apartment building, prompting the early evacuation of its residents on 30th May 2023, according to Mr. Klitschko’s statement. The incident serves as a stark reminder of the grave consequences inflicted by the ongoing attacks on the city.
