London: Applications are now open for the 2024 Youth Business International (YBI) BootCamp, to be held in London, UK, from 17-21 June. This five-day event offers young entrepreneurs a platform to learn from experts in impact entrepreneurship, collaborate with global peers, and compete for the Global Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

The Bootcamp is free and includes all expenses. Participants will engage in transformational learning, networking, and skill-building in areas such as leadership and pitching. It’s an opportunity to form lasting relationships with business leaders and peers.

YBI will cover the cost of flights, visas, accommodation, and catering for participants. Additionally, finalists attending the pitch day and awards ceremony at the Global Youth Entrepreneurship Summit in Nairobi, Kenya, in October will also have their expenses covered.

The programme includes sessions with successful entrepreneurs, strategies for business scaling, and pitch training. Participants will also attend a networking masterclass and develop leadership skills.

The Global Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards features three categories: Social, Climate, and Sustainable Entrepreneurship. The remaining participants will continue to access an online platform for networking and peer support.

The award winners will be selected through three rounds: Bootcamp pitch judging, public voting, and a final pitch at the Nairobi summit.

Eligibility criteria include being born between 1 November 1989 and 1 January 2006, having received support from a YBI member, owning a business in the Impact Entrepreneurship sector for at least three years, and demonstrating high growth potential.

For more information and to apply, visit the Official Webpage of the Youth Business International (YBI) BootCamp. This event is a unique chance for young entrepreneurs to showcase their potential on a global stage.
