India: Thousands of Reliance Jio customers across India faced a major disruption in network services. Reports indicate that users have been experiencing widespread issues with mobile internet connectivity, voice calls, and JioFiber broadband since this afternoon.
According to data from Downdetector, the Reliance Jio network outage began around 1:45 PM today. Initially, a few hundred complaints were logged, but by 2:45 PM, the number had sharply risen to over 12,000 reports from various parts of the country.
The Jio network outage seems to be affecting users in metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and states like Kerala. A majority of affected users, approximately 56 percent, are struggling with mobile internet access, while about 32 percent are unable to make or receive calls. Additionally, around 12 percent of users have reported issues with JioFiber broadband services.

The telecom provider has not released an official explanation or timeline for when services will be fully restored. The sudden disruption has inconvenienced a large number of users who depend on Reliance Jio for daily communication and work.
