Netherlands: A Dutch court has ordered the Netherlands government to stop supplying parts for the F-35 fighter jet used by Israel to bomb Gaza. In its judgment, an appeals court stated that there is a “clear risk” that parts exported by the Netherlands will be used in “serious violations of international humanitarian law”. United Kingdom: UK government’s controversial Rwanda bill violates international law and is incompatible with Britain’s human rights obligations, according to a parliamentary report. The cross-party joint committee MPs and peers on human rights have conducted a critical examination of the security of the Rwanda bill, which is fast-tracking through Parliament. Kenya: Marathon world record holder and long-distance running superstar, Kelvin Kiptum has died in a car accident in Kenya along with his coach. The 24-year-old, who won the London Marathon in April before setting the world record in Chicago in October, lost control of his vehicle while driving in Kaptagat, south-western Kenya, police reported. London: London flu cases have reached their highest peak in a fortnight this winter. NHS leaders warned of “unrelenting” pressure on the health care system after revealing the increase in figures. According to NHS England data, there were an average of 480 flu patients in hospital beds in the capital in the week ending February 4, an 81 percent increase from two weeks ago.
